I am REALLY looking forward to 2023!

My goal is to the the "GoTo" photographer for Senior Pictures and Portraits in Central Indiana.

How do I hope to be that person that Indianapolis and Central Indiana High School Seniors decide to utilize for their experience...well I hope I am on the right track!!

Areas that I plan to improve....or my resolutions....

Create a stream-lined process for inquiries for Senior Pictures

Supply meaningful information regarding Michael Brickens Photography Processes- from inquiry to product delivery

Implement systems that improve communication with my clients and potential clients

Implement systems that better allow my clients to view and order their products

Implement systems that improve the time from shoot to in-person viewing and ordering of images

Expand the products that my clients will be able to order so that will cherish this milestone for years to come

Create packages for clients that fit their needs and wants with their photography experience.

Continue to improve the quality of my photography and possibly even add in some video!
